Season Roadmap
What families can expect
Every sport is a little different, but the basic flow is consistent across EPYAL.
After Registration
Program directors and coaches communicate team placement, practice schedules, game schedules and sport-specific equipment or uniform requirements after registration closes and teams are formed.
Sportsmanship
EPYAL’s published Code of Conduct emphasizes respect for coaches, teammates, opponents and officials, positive support, attendance and responsible care of equipment.
Volunteer Expectations
Youth sports rely on family participation. Depending on the sport, families may be asked to help with concessions, fields, events, fundraising, scorekeeping or other game-day needs.
Weather & Schedule Changes
Outdoor youth sports are weather dependent. Families should watch team communication and league updates for field closures, delays or schedule changes.

Sportsmanship
Parents set the tone too
